What currency are the prices that I see on the site?

All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped out directly from our warehouses within 24-48 hours. Please allow an estimated 4-13 business days for your order to arrive due to a high demand.

I am not satisfied with my item, can it be returned? What if there is a problem?

Your Eye Comforts customers can always use a return period of 14 calendar days. A customer of  Eye Comforts then return the purchased products after registration of the return shipment. Eye Comforts refund the purchase amount, minus the shipping costs incurred, to the customer within 14 working days. Returning goods is at your own risk. Products received defective by Eye Comforts or not be reimbursed. Shipping costs to Eye Comforts are not reimbursed. An exception to this return period are specially ordered or custom-made or assembled products on request.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge! You must cancel your order before it is shipped.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do now?

Contact us directly with your correct address and order number. If possible, we will update your address before it is shipped. If it has already been shipped, and the package has been lost, there is no way we can process a refund or replacement. Please note that this is a mistake on your part, but we will do our best to help you.

How long does the shipment take?

Shipping usually takes 4-13 day but we always try to deliver as soon as possible.
